Yesterday.
Reverse grip bent over rows 67.5kg 10, 10, 9 Standard grip belt over rows 52.5kg 10, 10, 10 Neutral grip cable rows 51kg 10, 10, 10 Ran out of time, would have liked to have done more. What I did was good quality though I felt. Form was solid and I was pretty tired. |

Deadlift friday went well. Had the mirrors to see my form as I was training.
Deadlifts 127.5kg 5, 5, 5 Ab work after Really pleased that it was simple to add another 5kg and still rep the 5s without any issues. I was tired after but I felt good. Hopefully I can carry on with 5 rep sets for a while adding weight every week. |

Deadlifts on friday. Had a rest this week. Only deadlifts.
Deadlifts 130kg 5, 5, 5 A little sloppy on the last set. 130kg doesn't feel very heavy but the reps tire me quick. I felt pretty sick after. Wanted to throw up. It's all good. |
