Even though it is assisting in those movements, several hours later with pressure? Hmmm... probably nothing, but it's a long time after to have "something" going on. I'm assuming you're using ice? If not, try icing after the workout and see what happens.

thanks again for all the input

I did shoulders today and besides the hang clean and press i did no other front delt work...i feel it receives so much stimulation from chest training it really doesnt need to be isolated much.

That and i took out close grip bench press and did weight dips for triceps again...my shoulders felt great...it felt like the side and the posterior responded better from less stress on the anterior delt
