So thanks to all of everyones helpful replys I now know what needs to be done. And incase someone reading this doesnt already know what to do in the situation I will tell you. PEG 600 comes in a white soildish state. It needs to be heated and it will then become a clear liquid and can be used. Once it cools down it will rapidly return to its previous form of matter. So it needs to be heated everytime it is used.

Dude, it's not as if we're all sitting here laughing at your ignorance. If I had known the answer to your question, I would have told you. I'm sure everyone else would have done the same. The problem isn't that no one wants to help, but that all of our members with homebrewing experience are long gone.
Anyway, thanks for sharing what you were able to find out!
